You retain ownership of any course content, materials, and data you create or upload to the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

AI-generated content

Courses created using our AI-powered tools are owned by you. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of any AI-generated content before publishing.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by mycourse.work and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each organisation’s data is stored in a dedicated, isolated database and is not accessible by other organisations.

Availability and support

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or temporarily suspend the Service as needed.

Fees and payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If applicable, pricing, billing terms, and payment details will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Termination

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mycourse.work and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification
